This was asked recently, but if it was answered I can't get the
archives to retrieve it.

The most recent LLLI sheet "Storing Human Milk" states, "It is not
known whether human milk left in the bottle after a feeding can be
safely kept until the next feeding or if it should be discarded." Are
there any new studies on this?

A day care provider is following state (Michigan) guidelines by
discarding milk after an hour. She and the licensing official are
open (!) to make an exception for breast milk if we have references.
