 I have been working on it and find it very confusing, am I the only one? >>

I tried to work on this survey this morning, and thought I might need more
coffee!  It is not only confusing, I would like to put more than one answer
for many of the questions.

How does one quantify independent study sessions (column B)?
Column L&M misled me on my degree:  question states BSN is #16, next page
states the same degree is #17

The questionairre section only allows for one selection for Clinical
Experience, Independent Study and Didactic (formal) Education as to how best
to learn each phase of this profession.  I would like to answer "experience"
and "formal education" for most questions, as I believe a combination is most
beneficial to learning what is to be a practical, hands-on profession.

I will try this again after breakfast, in hopes that it makes more sense!
