Along those same lines, if this were me or someone close to me, I would use
Bach Flower remedies--Rescue Remedy--2 drops in a 1 oz dropper bottle with 2
drops elm, sweet chestnut, star of bethlehem and rock rose added to it. I
would add spring water and take it constantly.
