Gail Hertz posted the url for compounding pharmacies in the US.  Go there and
get several that are close to you and call them and ask if they will make
Domperidone for you if you get a prescription.  I had gotten a list of them
based on the url Gail posted, and had it on my list to call them when one of
the LCs in our hospital (and on this list -- thank you Carol Chamblin!!) beat
me to it -- and low and behold, the pharmacy closest to me has agreed to make
it for the moms.

Now to just get the docs to order it.....many are nervous because it isn't in
the PDR or "approved by the FDA" for use in the US.  However, we have one OB
in our area that got it for herself from Canada, and I know she'll order it,
but we'll have to work on the others.
