Last night our local BF support group met.  We are planning our BF Week
activities as the week is held in October here in Scandinavia.  We thought
about a stand at the hospital, and we decided we needed a practicing BF
couple to demonstrate.  After a quick round in the group of seven mothers we
dropped the idea as even here, people might look askance at a gathering of
lactating women whose babies  were all over two and a half.
As for why they have not weaned, I think this is a tactic on the mothers'
part to ensure close proximity to help when they can't figure out something
on their computers.  Just unlatch the technical support and ask him/her how
to reconfigure your e-mail server, or download an MP3 file.
