Welcome! Good on you!  The policy you posted sounds pretty good - it's probably best to use one like this that originates from the country where you live and work.

If you're interested, there's a great FREE resource (toolkit) from the US Dept Health & Human Services called "The Business Case for Breastfeeding" that you can easily adapt for workplaces. It has lots of info for employers and employees and reproducible documents etc. 

Go to the link below - insert "1" in number of copies, then click on "add to cart", then click on "international shipping" and fill in the details.
