Just personal experience, but......is mom consuming dairy products in any
manner?  The FTT combined with the gassy combined with the green poop could
definitely be an intolerance for the milk protein.  A complete elimination of
it in mom's diet will tell you soon.  I see improvements in most within the
first two weeks, but it can take up to six weeks to not be detectible in
mom's system at all.  Getting your hands on a diary terminology list is a
good idea.  Email if you need one.

Also....I would increase feeds.  Going three hours for a seven week old is a
pretty long time! A sling and every 60 - 90 minutes during mom's waking hours
goes a long way in weight gain on a newborn.
