Does anyone know if there is a nipple shield larger than the 24mm?  I have a mom with her baby in NICU, and the 24mm shield is functional, but not the most comfortable to use.  Baby is unable to get lips to breast without it as her nipples are almost quarter-sized.  Stretching the base instead of inverting has helped considerably.  Had checked all the well-known sites for sizes, and 24 seems to be the best out there.  Any suggestions?  I'd appreciate it!  Brenda Enfield, RN IBCLC
