While books/cookbooks etc are very helpful, often if a mom needs advice
specific to her condition/lifestyle it can be difficult/time consuming for her
to wade through printed matter to find what she needs (indexes don't always
help).  Pamphlets may be too brief.  A good counseling/troubleshooting session
with a Registered Dietitian involving nutrition lifestyle/habits/desires would
be my recommendation.  (Sort of like reading about breastfeeding vs talking
with a lactation expert).
