Apple Tree is  alive and well. We were all sad and happy at Helen's passing.
I believe they are working on a web site. kathy has e-mail but it is
personal: will ask her if i can post. I the last addres i have  is ATFM PO
Box 2083 Artesia California 90702 (la area code?) 925-0149.  Also ther  is
an excellent book called the "Joy of natural childbirth" it was last updated
in 95- the lc who wrote the chapter on breastfeeding is IBCLC.
