Full bladder -> increased ut bleeding.  Also full bladder responding to ut
contractions = uncomfortable.  Have to stop feeding & go.  Just a common
sense thing to empty prior to fdg. (I guess).  Plus if I had a full bladder
and washed my hands prior to feeding baby (good hygiene idea) then I'd have
to go to bathroom because sound of running water while washing hands would
make me want to go :-)  Then I'd have to wash my hands again.  Saves time
to just go, then wash hands, then feed <vbg>  Pat in SNJ
