The blood could be from the fact that baby's gut hasn't yet healed from the
reaction to the dairy mom was eating. Probiotics for baby would help to
restore the balance of good bacteria in baby's gut. There's some info on
giving probiotics to babies on the kellymom link below:

The other thought I had is that if the probiotics don't help, or the amount
of blood is getting worse, then the blood could be from the reintroduction
of wheat into mom's diet (baby may have a sensitivity to gluten).
