Hi Margo,

I hear your concern and thanks for the anecdote--it's very helpful!  Yes,
I'm a LLL leader, but these are dear longtime friends of mine, so the
situation is a bit different as I will be sending them information as a
research fanatic friend, not a representative of LLL.

They are entrusting this (yet to be determined) woman to carry the ONE
embryo they have available to them and I'm sure she will be tested and
tracked during the entire pregnancy to a degree that would make her an ideal
candidate for milk donation and/or limited wet-nursing.

I want to give them lots of resources and information now as some of the
issues surrounding birth and lactation will be pertinent to the contract
they draw up with the future surrogate.
