Jennifer's post prompts me to write:

Just two days ago I was in to check a brand new baby and the Grandma said to
me "We were thinking of using S------, what do you recommend?"  My response
was "I recommend breastfeeding..." and went on to an informative chat about
breastfeeding. Mom did try, but the baby ended up on formula anyway. This
wasn't a total loss though, because Grandma learned something new about
breastfeeding - she thought women still had to "prepare" their nipples by
rubbing them with a towel before delivery like they did when she was having
babies. Maybe the next baby in that family will be breastfed...
