What about "just relax."  That's used for everything from getting pregnant
(or not), letting down the milk (or not), and for coping with contractions (or
not).

"Oh you mean RELAX??  Oh, geeze, why didn't *I* think of that (slaps herself
upside of head).  Well, of course....just relax.  Well, I just think I'll do
that right now.  No problem.  Just relax.   Relax.  RELAX!!!"
