Sounds like milkexpress.com is being responsive enough in taking out or
editing parts of the website that have garnered comment.  I think that
one of the idiosyncrasies of e-mail is that it's often hard to "hear"
tone.  I guess we try to counter that by using emoticons.  So perhaps
milkexpress.com felt attacked rather than constructively criticised.
The cool thing about e-mail is that you can take your time composing,
being careful that it says what you want how you want, but still get
your message out in no time.
