I just got a survey in the mail from GDS Assoc. from Alpharetta, GA asking lactation specific questions.  THe first sentence says " We are conducting a nationwide survey amongst Lactation Specialists.  Don't know who "we" are. The second sentence states, "As a member of ILCA, your answers are very important to us".  There was a crisp new $1.00 bill in the envelope for my response and every survey returned $1.00 will be donated to ILCA.  Anyone know anything about this?
