BF and dialysis

Info for a LC buddy. Mom is a Class A diabetic who delivered 6 weeks ago at 28
weeks. Has been pumping with good supply and baby is progressing nicely. Still
in ICN with weight of about 3#. Mom will be starting renal dialysis soon. Her
BUN, creatinine and serum albumin are quite elevated (I don't know numbers but
obviously high enough for dialysis.) Neonatalogist thinks breastmilk is
probably OK but we can't find any info. Any thoughts or suggestions. TIA Linda
