I know I have seen on Lactnet differing pay scales in the past regarding RN
and non RN hospital LC's. I searched the archives and haven't found the
information I need. I have been told that I am over the top after only 6 3/4
years (good incentive for the next 20 yrs!) I am a non-RN, and our scale
range is $12.23 to $16.98. We have 7 day- 1/2 day coverage, about 2600
deliveries a year. I am in Southeast VA. If any non RN hospital LC would be
willing, I would like to know your scale, and where you are geographically.

I appologize to the list if this has been posted previously. Thanks, I am
hoping to present the information to my Nurse Manager for possible review.
