Hi Virginia

Thanks for alerting us to the story of formula supply issues in Asia. I
could not access it via your link, which may be because I am outside
Australia. However I found a podcast on
http://www.abc.net.au/radionational/programs/rearvision/infant-formula/4914548

Sad to hear that one of the very factors driving the rush for importation
of western artificial milk is the preciousness of the One Child.

As a side issue, it was uncanny hearing formula ads again. I don't think
I've heard one in Africa since the 1990s, or certainly not for newborn
milks.

Best wishes
Jacquie
