I am just wondering how you measure exactly what the baby is expressing out
of the breast VS the pump? Many women I know never pump more than 1-2 oz but
have successfully breastfed many children. My own children all thrived well
and I was only able to get a very small amount out of 3 different pumps. I
never had to pump for a job so this was never an issue. If a mom sees that she
can only pump an ounce or two I would hate for her to quick breastfeeding
because she thinks she does not have enough milk supply.
