Just recieved a flyer from our HMO that had a small article about the health
benefits of bf and how the AAP recommends exclusive bf for the first 4 mos.
I've seen this other places and have heard comments from some of my moms that
they only need to bf for 4 mos and it doesn't matter after that.  There was
no mention of continued bf for at least a year to two years and adding
complimentary foods at 4-6 mos.  I think this can be confusing to some
and wondered if anyone else has run into this problem.
