Wondering if the same thing in some mother's milk that changes the taste
after expression due to excess lipase breaking down the fats and freeing
fatty acids could cause it to "glob" quickly after expression as well. Any
thoughts on this?

Has this mother ever tasted her breastmilk immediately after expression (to
establish the fresh taste) and then again a bit later, or after refrigeration
briefly, to see if it takes on the strong soapy taste of excess lipase?

I am the unlucky bearer of breastmilk with excess lipase and have certainly
put Huggins information on this to the test and found it successful.
