These growth charts , to be released soon, are based on Fels data,
NHANES III, measurements taken from a couple of states,  and some
statistical modeling. . The WHO charts are the expected ones to use for
breastfed babes. CDC will be doing mass mailings and trainings as the
new chartsdo have some changes: still sex specific; a 3rd and 97th
centile was added, and 2-19y.o. use BMI to replace wt/stature.   Jerie
