I was asked today if a transsexual (male to female) can lactate, and if
merely pumping will induce it or if hormonal therapy is required.  I
searched the archives and only found a post essentially asking the same
thing, but no responses.  Apparently there is someone in our hospital
that is attempting this and she (?) comes to our lounge to pump.  So our
staff is asking "is this even possible".(it wasn't a question on the
IBCLE)
