Those of you who would like to suggest a breastfeeding stamp can send you

This information is from the brochure the USPS has distributed which can
be found at your local post office: it's a ballot so that you can choose
your favorite stamps of the 1950's. You do not need the brochure to write
to the advisory committee, but you do need it to vote for your favorite
stamp.
