I saw a picture of something like this in "Breasts,Bottles, and Babies:
A History of Infant Feeding". It was designed for discrete feeding and
consisted of a long tube from the breast to the baby. However, doing
breast compressions in Victorian times would probably not be viewed as
discrete.
