Exactly. This is what has happened. Now that father is making an issue of the
extended breastfeeding and the family bed (which he tolerated, but was
implemented and encouraged by the mother), my friend has very little time to compile
some resources for her argument that it is normal.
When she fled with the children, she left behind her resources, and is very
limited in financially.

Apparently, due to the age of her child, and the state where she is now
residing, the abuse case is not airtight. She does have documentation, and is
hopeful that the evidence they have is sufficient, but now the father is
threatening to take custody from her once he "clears his name."
