Dear friends,
I have a client (who has given me permission to post her question/concern) who took a vitamin supplement before seeing the warning at the bottom of the lable..."Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding". She is breastfeeding a 12 week old baby about every 2-3 hours. She wants to know should she pump and dump? Is it safe for her to continue the supplement? Who can she contact for advice re herbal remedies for cold and flu?
The ingredients in the supplement: Vit A, Vit C, zinc, selenium, copper, garlic, propolis, boneset leaf, polygonatum, Echinacea root extract, istis root and leaf, horehound, bioflavinoids, acaccia gum, astragralus root, angelica root, mullein leaf, goldenseal, Siberian gensing, Hawthorn berry, Oregon grape root, pau D'arco bark extract, cayanne root.
You may respond (as soon as possible) to my work email address, <[log in to unmask]> Thank you so very much.
