This client has a 12 month old, nursing with no problems.  At 9 months,
mom had a blood test that showed a "high level of ionized calcium."  (In
the mom, not the child)  It wasn't elevated during pregnancy.  Mom is
having bone density tests done; doesn't have results yet.

She doesn't plan to wean, but wonders if there's reason for concern.  No
other health problems;  slightly overweight, large frame.  She knows about
studies showing some bone depletion during lactation that's replaced
later.  How much is too much?
