I have had trouble with cleaning pump tubing and in sunny Florida
condensation is always around. Enthusiastic grandmothers also often sterilize
every thing. I hit upon using rubbing alcohal to clean tubes/remove moisture.
My brilliant sons discovered that centrifugal force will also work ie holding
one end and spinning the tube.
I had an engineer from NASA as a client who saw me use the alcohol and said,"
Ah- just like we do at Cape Canaveral- isopropal alcohol flushes!" I always
knew I should have been a rocket scientist!
