It struck me how odd it is that we (me, too) use the term "conservative" to
refer to care such as this. Wouldn't one have to consider a "conservative
approach" to be one which resists anything that is not breastmilk and a
reckless approach one which loosely utilizes AIM? I think I will have to be
more conscious is my use of this term.
