I was supposed to be one of the guests on the Today Show and the producer
got very frustrated because I wouldn't say anything negative and when I told
her it would be very hard to find someone to speak out against human milk
for babies she got mad.

I am thrilled that it was a positive story. Things are changing - the sound
in the world is loud and clear that human milk cannot be matched.

I appeared as a guest of Montel that will air May 1st. They really tried to
create big mommy wars but I think the mommies are going to rebel as I think
most of us support each other. I agreed to do this show as I wanted to
normalize toddler nursing. They tried to have someone be agoinst
breastfeeding - but of course, the young mother was not against
breastfeeding- rather she was underminded at and after birth.

We have a long way to go - but we have also come a long way.
