Hi:

I recently prepared and presented a session on the potential effects of a
history of sexual abuse on breastfeeding/lactation at the LC Private Practice
workshop in Phialdelphia. My MSN is in psych-mental health (emphasis on
mental health!) and my practicums have helped me pick up a lot of
breastfeeding problems that probably have a mental-emotional disorder
link/contributing factor. Happy to share. Realize research hasn't begun on
this topic yet, but info is theory-driven.
