Really interesting study, though - I'd love to see more research into this with a larger group.

The great thing (though highly unlikely, alas) would be if the researchers looked in more detail at health outcomes rather than using breastfeeding itself as the outcome. I mean, we know so little about the long-term effects of low-level supplementation, even though there's so much theory and concern about it - imagine if a larger-scale RCT like this looked at the longer-term effects on infant infection rates and childhood allergies. That would be such useful information.
