kathleen: Well said and I wish you'd said more. Ladies and gents, when you
underprice your services you make it more difficult for us all to make a
living and make a living we do deserve to do.

i have a Master's Degree in Human LActation that cost a bundle. I deserve to
get paid for that level of expertise and so do the rest of you.

If any of you feel guilty about undercharging, bravo! That's your ineer self
realizing that your actions are incongruent with what is right.

Please do not apologize in word thought or deed for earning money by helping
mother's breastfeed. And don't give a second thought to those who don't want
to pay you. Let them live with their choices and turn your energy and
attention to those who really need you and want your help.

And just incase you think you will build a bigger clientele faster by
underpricing then raising porices...You are not a retail store having a sale
on a lost leader. You are a consultant who has to put food on your table.
Ther is a big difference!

Alison, yes this will be my sermon until all hear, understand and apply these
priciples.
