Patricia, Do you remember my client last year who had a similar severe
engorgement?  (The worst I have ever seen.) She used cabbage leaves for the
swelling and Rescue Remedy (Five Flower Formula, actually), which did
facilitate a let-down each time she pumped. She had not been able to get
even moistness on the nipples.

If you all will excuse me, I will re-post that story. It had a happy ending.
