Have you gotten any replies about an LC?  I don't personally know one, but I
do live her in S?o Paulo and it would be know trouble for me to find one.
In fact, I think I may know where I could find one.  Another issue is where
is this woman giving birth?  The c-section rate here in most private
hospitals is over 90%.  Of course, she probably already has a doctor
here.....Anyway, if I can be of any help, please let me know.
