Sorry, but there is no such thing as a "mycoplasma parasite" or "entomeba
coli".
Mycoplasmas are intracellular organisms (sort of a cross between a virus and
bacteria) often found on a woman's cervix. "Coli" is part of enterobacter
coli - a gut bacteria.  I think you meant the parasite entameba histolytica.
No, it has never been shown to get into breastmilk.  The drugs to treat it
should also be OK with breastfeeding.
