I was on 5mg of Brethine every four hours from my 26th week of pregnancy.  I
delivered at 34 weeks.  My son was very difficult to wake and had a poor suck
swallow reflex.  He would not open wide and had trouble latching for weeks.
 I also noticed my milk supply took a bit longer.  It was about 5 days and I
was double pumping every hour without fail.  If there is anything else please
let me know.

As for the ADV kits... I too have noticed less output.  About 1 1/2 oz. I
informed my rep and she said the kits are all the same.  She also said I
should keep trying that it was prob. a one time thing.  I don't think so!  I
also heard they would no longer carry the old kits after all the stock of old
kits are gone.  Any one else hear this?
