Having troubles with the archives again ...

Can anyone comment on breastmilk and any advantages it may have for
folks receiving an organ transplant?  There is a retired LLLLeader in my
state receiving a living donor kidney transplant in 3 weeks and she is
interested in this information.  Thanks in advance ...
