I was hoping not to have to re-invent the wheel and wondering whether
anyone has any notes prepared that they use for teaching junior
doctors (or any doctors for that matter or medical students) about
lactation- basic stuff not detailed minutia?

This would be for small groups and one to one.

I am willing to share what i have put together so far when preparing for
the LC exam....

PLease send copy of replies to me privately as I don't often get time to
read Lactnet.

just loved the post on orangutans! Pity us humans don't learn more
from them. I am an advocate for and practice "attachment style"
parenting and the orangutan confirms this is the normal model and the
"let the kid cry it out" model is unnatural and unfair on all
concerned....but of course there is more to it than that, the lack of
support to parents, mother's especially, social isolation etc I could write
all night!

Thankyou from
