It's the time of year when I have to determine how much to have withheld
from my paycheck for non-reimbursed medical expenses.  (The account you
can set up to put in pre-tax money for such expenses-still not
reimbursed, but comes out a little savings by not having to pay the
taxes on it.)  I was glad to see that under this plan Lactation
Consultant services can be paid for from this fund - not reimbursement,
but a recognition at least that it's a valid medical expense.  On the
other hand, breast pump rental is specifically excluded!  I understand
these are federal guidelines, not the individual provider's
restrictions.
