I have a mum on another list with a 7 month old who is using a SNS
for the third time and is looking for a mum in similar circumstances
to communicate with her. This is her third baby and she has had
supply problems each time. She has tried to increase her supply with
herbs etc. and was able to eliminate the SNS by 6 months with her
previous children and nurse into toddlerhood.

She is a volunteer bf counselor and has made good use of support
from LC's and LLLI. However, she is now overwhelmed with the need
to continue using the SNS with the other demands of having three
children and wants to find someone who can understand her feelings.

Does anyone know of a mum who has used a SNS long term due to supply
issues who would be willing to email this mum? I have suggested the
Adoptive Breastfeeding page as a source of contacts but the mum
feels that an adoptive mum would have a different mind set as she
would have entered breastfeeding expecting to have to use a SNS.
