Who could flame Jan Barger? In addition to some great pre-exam advice,
she makes an excellent point that once BF is well-established, the exact
mode of an occasional substitute feeding shouldn't be a big issue
(though it might be interesting to hear whether working mothers' choices
seem to maintain breasteeding more successfully.)

And since many women are already scared of the *committment* of
breastfeeding, it might be even more off-putting to imply that if they
go out to a dental appointment when they baby is four months old, they
have to make sure the caregiver uses some "wierd" feeding method.
