Lara -- I would suggest you provide your very detailed information to the
folks who monitor the WHO Code, compiling reports of violations for their
tri-annual publications on the status of WHO Code implementation and
support.  Send it to IBFAN or NABA.

WHO Code Article 11.4 says "NGOs, professional groups, institutions, and
individuals concerned should have the responsibiiltiy of drawing
the attention of mfgrs or distributors to activities which are incompatible
with the principles and aims of this [WHO] Code."  Have you
considered sending Evenflo/Ameda an inquiry through the company's "contact
us" web page -- or send a tweet -- asking them
if "they're not currently seeking direct contact with pregnant women and
mothers of infants. They are actively advertising, promoting and normalising
products within the scope of the Code in their marketing programme, despite
their recent vocal commitment to the Code and claim that they had become
compliant"?
