Thanks to all who responded to my request re breastfeeding rates.  I got
lots of wonderful information, but still have not managed to locate any
*exclusive* breastfeeding rates.  Certainly the Ross rates do not appear
to include any data on exclusivity (I think I must have been dreaming
when I thought that they did).  Does anybody have any exclusive bf
