Thank-you for this resource!

I am still having trouble finding guidlines for feeding a baby who is gaining well on mother's milk (just 3 oz below birthweight at 8 days) and who was born at just shy of 2400 grams. This baby seems to fall between the cracks of the information that I read. Not quite late pre-term and deifinitely not VLBW. The toolkit about late pre-term did not give guidelines about when to give fortifier just about vitamin D and iron.

I did find something from WHO about optimal feeding for low birth weight infants. In this document it is not recommended to give fortifier unless baby is under 1500 grams. I am so confused.
