I've seen that shaking occur in pp c-sec moms.  It may be connected to the
anesthesia.  I've also heard it suggested that it is related to the drastic
change in abdominal volume in such a short time without the benefit of the
normal path of birth, sort of a shock reaction.  Interesting to think about
anyway. And I can certainly see why any mom would need to  wait a while
before attempting to latch  baby.  Moving targets are hard to hit :-)
