    There are lots of folks who will clip a frenulum.....pediatrician, ENT,
any HCP with experience, oral surgeon, pediatric dentist (one in our area uses
a laser!)...I know how frustrating this can be when circumcisions are done as
readily as weighing, yet one mom I worked with (on public assistance) couldn't
get an appointment in the oral surgery clinic until 4 months down the road
because the baby would "need general anesthesia" for the procedure! She
